Corruption in City Council

Corruption in City Council Cities across America are violating the 4th amendment by forcing housing providers to pay large fees & then requiring property inspections. These inspections have already been found unconstitutional in at least 3 cities just in Ohio. The city of Alliance Ohio is one of the newest in line to attempt to pass another unconstitutional ordinance. Even though 35 housing providers and tenants showed up at the committee meeting to protest the new ordinance, the council committee made it clear that they intended to pass this. No one other than the council spoke in favor of this ordinance. It will generate over a half a million in revenue & add at least 4-5 new positions to the building department. What is even worse about this city is they are exempting one of the largest landlords in town, Mt. Union University & all of their college rentals. AND the city intends to inspect owner occupied houses if the homes were purchased using a land contract. They also said this is just the 1st step. They would like to move on to all other home owners next. Yes, they will require you to show your insurance to them & then open your doors so they can tell you what you are required to fix in your own home. The only way to stop this is to say NO Now. Refuse the inspection. Take your city to court. This government overreach must be stopped before they make every city in America as unaffordable to live in as California has. www.RealPowerFamily.com [email protected] 833-Be-Do-Have (833-233-6428)
