제98주년 삼일절에 열린 촛불집회에 일본군 위안부 피해자 이용수(90) 할머니가 참석했다. 집회 참석자들과 함께 아리랑을 열창한 이용수 할머니는 "우리 후손들에게 올바른 역사를 물려주자"고 말했다. 이용수 할머니는 이어 "정치가 새롭게 바뀌고 새로운 대통령이 선출돼 우리 대한민국을 튼튼하게 지키도록 엎드려 빌겠다"고 말해 참석자들의 박수와 환호를 받았다.
