Cosmic joking with Erin
from UNDER THE BLANKET Hosted by Baba Here Love
Venture under Maharajji’s blanket as Erin Montgomery returns to the show to talk with Baba Here Love about cosmic humor, humor in general, laughter yoga and how this all relates to our spiritual awakening. “Often the perspectives about yourself and the universe that you arrive at through meditation make you want to giggle or laugh. This giggle is without malice. It’s a cosmic giggle, one that I identify with my guru, Maharaj-ji. For his giggle was not of this world. It was not a social or personality giggle, but rather a cosmic chuckle, the delight in the fun of it all. His giggle was from the plane that gives us the term “lila,” the divine dance of life.” – Ram Dass Some experiences in life can leave an impression that effect a person on such a deep level that they are forever changed. Some people have these life changing experiences over and over again. And sometimes these experiences cause problems in their lives like difficulty sleeping, feelings of panic, seemingly irrational fears, and even believing they may be going crazy. Erin Montgomery is such a person, and with her training in the counseling field, has been able to unravel some of the mysteries in her own life that have contributed to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Risking her career and job, friendships, and family relationships, Erin explores her past as an alien contactee, her abduction memories, and how this phenomenon has brought her to understand her place in this world and others. https://www.amazon.com/Dirty-Little-Secret-Confessions-Contactee/dp/B08BF14DYB
