COTS: Almost 65,000 drivers overcharged for Seattle Tunnels

Today’s Clown of the Sound goes to sdot for overcharging nearly 65,000 drivers for the SR-99 tunnel tolls. The worst part about this is probably that no one even noticed they were getting overcharged! Who checks their Good To Go account like that? We know we dont. Drivers were getting charged a .25 cent photo enforced fee, and they will now have to issue a refund of around $70,000!!! Listen, this is the 2nd time sdot has become our Clown of the Sound, and both times have been that tunnel. Get it together!!
