We're thrilled to welcome Tebogo Louis Maepa to the Cotton Sensei Podcast for an exclusive debut guest mix, formerly known as Louis Anima hailing from Jane Furse, Limpopo. Louis Anima grew up listening to Deep House and Afro House, which inspired him to produce his own music in 2020. Louis Anima has a distinctive sound fused with various musical elements, creating a unique and immersive auditory experience. His debut EPs "I Will Stay and Alone with Thoughts", were released in 2021 under Blaq Owl Records. In 2023, he released another EP titled Jane's Resident under Selville Records. In 2024, he collaborated with the likes of Tuks Ancestral on a track released under TD Groove, and also released two additional EPs under the same label: Let's Save House and New Vision. Louis Anima, further released the RHYTHMIC EP under Candid Beings Records and the Versatile EP under Selville Records. Louis Anima has more music in development and he is currently working with Swvre, Roctonic, Frank Ru, Tea White, and Black Tears on new music.
