Rosetta is not only recognized for her musical talent but also for her dedication to using music as a tool for empowerment, healing, and personal connection. She began her professional music career in 2019 under the mentorship of the Godfathers of Deep House SA, and later enhanced her technical skills and theoretical knowledge by enrolling at the Pioneer DJ Institute. Since then, she has graced numerous prestigious stages and events both nationally and internationally, performing alongside some of the most respected names in the industry. In 2022, Rosetta served as a resident DJ on Ukhozi FM from June to August, and also had a brief residency on Gagasi FM. That same year, she earned national recognition by winning the Shay’Ingoma Smirnoff Competition, a prestigious platform celebrating female DJs in South Africa. Rosetta made her television debut on Uzalo, one of South Africa’s most watched TV shows, proudly representing female DJs from KwaZulu-Natal. She has also featured multiple times on DJ Mix Live (Channel 261 on DStv), where her live sets have captivated audiences. In December 2022, she performed at both the Netflix & Chill Activation and Showmax Event held at Umhlanga Beach, delivering dynamic house music sets to enthusiastic crowds.
