Linebacker Reuben Foster currently plays for the USFL's Pittsburgh Maulers, but a return to the NFL could unfold in the near future. Miami Dolphins fan Chris Sacconi asked Malki Kawa, foster's agent, on Twitter if there was interest between the two sides.
