Virginia Giuffre helped expose Jeffrey Epstein, was part of the pressure for Andrew Windsor to be stripped of his royal titles and thus became one of the world's most recognizable survivors of sexual abuse. But while Virginia Giuffre was taking on powerful men on the global stage, she was fighting a very different battle behind closed doors at home in Perth Australia. In the final months of her life, Giuffre and her husband of 22 years, Robert, accused each other of being violent. The courts denied her access to her children and, months later, died by suicide at age 41.
