Coulee Region convoy of supplies headed for Hurricane Helene area

One person seeking another person's Facebook post has led to a caravan of vehicles headed Friday to the hurricane-impacted areas of western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Patience Running joined to talk about how her connection with someone in Winona wanting to go down south with supplies that grew into several SUVs, trucks and trailers creating a caravan to help those in need in the south.  Running said there is a hub system of connected supplies locations they are in contact with to know exactly what location things will go to when they arrive. Donations were plentiful, resulting in Running relying on a group out of Richland Center to come pick up her surplus items as that semi heads south to North Carolina with supplies as well.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
