The Council consists of 5 men, including Coach Clarence, that come from troubled backgrounds including poverty, gangs & prison time. They met 10 years ago & started The Council, helping & mentoring other young men to make changes to improve their lives & make better decisions. Everything they do is based on positivity from their music to their families, to making money & achieving success.
