The New Orleans City Council approved a proposal to implement a "Drone as First Responder" (DFR) program in the French Quarter, funded by a $250,000 investment from the French Quarter Management District. The program aims to reduce emergency response times and support NOPD staffing shortages. But some people actually oppose it. JP Morrell, New Orleans City Council President, joins Newell to talk about the implications.
