Counseling with Lauren Sepulvador

Lauren Sepulvador is the host of Connections Chat Podcast. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling and Development with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling at Texas Woman’s University. She is passionate about mental health because no one should have to go through life’s struggles alone. She loves being able to help people get people the help they need strives to be an advocate for mental health. Lauren has a passion for podcasting, blogging, DIY, food and learning about the world. She is a self-proclaimed Swiftie, Potterhead, Brené Brown fan and constant smiler who can (almost always) be caught eating. She has a serious case of wanderlust and enjoy looking back on photos from past trips and look forward to future travels.
