The Box Elder County Commission approved two monthto month agreements Tuesday allowing privately owned horse walkers to remain at the Box Elder County Fairgrounds. Annie Hansen of the Box Elder County Attorney’s Office said the agreements establish terms for keeping the privately owned horse walkers at the fairgrounds while protecting the county. Each agreement includes a 30-day termination clause. The horse walkers must be removed beginning Aug. 1 during preparations for the county fair and may be reinstalled after the fair.
