County Commissioner fails to file forms and files wrong forms

We reported on a new County Commissioner‘s failure to properly file campaign finance reports and financial disclosure forms.  Some people wonder what the big deal is about the reports.  The question is who paid for the commissioner's yard signs and advertisements in the newspaper?  If he did, he had to report the expenditure.  If someone else bought them, it had to be reported as a campaign donation.  Not filing the forms is also a finable offense.  Of course, the Secretary of State is too busy running for Governor to do his job, so failure to follow is just one more thing he won’t do.  And Commissioner Dirt will continue to be a scofflaw.  More information here...https://www.kely1230.com/2025/02/inconsistent-incomplete-reports-filed.html
