County updates code, including RV rule changes

The Box Elder County Commission approved a multi-section update to county code on Wednesday addressing inconsistencies, administrative procedures and how recreational vehicles can be used as living space. Box Elder County Community Development Director Scott Lyons said the ordinance bundles a series of fixes and updates that would otherwise require multiple separate actions. “We try to keep a list of these and bring them together rather than probably eight different ordinances,” Lyons said.
