County waives fairgrounds fee to help grow Northern Box Elder Special Olympics program

The Box Elder County Commission approved a fairgrounds fee waiver July 7 allowing the Northern Box Elder Special Olympics program to hold a community meet-and-greet at the fine arts building on July 23.
