Courage To Sacrifice for What Matters Most

HARVEST VALLEY CHURCH is a church that believes in Jesus, a church that loves God and people.“Abraham had courage to sacrifice what mattered the most”. Genesis 22:1-19 tells the story of how God wanted Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac on the altar. It took a lifetime of prayers to finally be blessed with a son. But then God asked Abraham to give his blessing back to God. Abraham courageously sacrificed his only son. But just before he lowered the knife, God freed him from his obligation. That day the Lord blessed Abraham beyond his wildest expectations for his obedience and courage. We will learn about sacrificing, idols, attitudes & passions of the flesh.
