Mark 5:21-43 & Luke 8:40-56 tells us the story of a man named Jairus who tried to get Jesus to heal his dying daughter. Jairus pushed through the crowd, pleaded withJesus and when Jesus came to his house, endured mockery and kicked out themourners. In the end his faith prevailed, and his daughter was healed.
