Nikki Lerner has spent over 20 years leading and building a successful multicultural creative department of over 150 people in an organization of 4,000+. Through her experiences, she has firsthand knowledge of how to create organizations that make room for as many people as possible. As a cultural coach, Nikki loves to walk alongside individuals in their multicultural work, giving them the resources, training and support to achieve their goals.
