COURT UPDATE

The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Warner D. Vaught, 54, of La Vernia pleaded nolo contendere (no contest) July 15 to a charge of theft of aluminum/bronze/copper material valued at less than ,000, and two charges of theft of property valued at less than ,500 with two or more previous convictions, after an alleged incident in September 2024.
