Covenant Marriage

Marriage is one of the sacred sacraments that was established by God and it's officiated by Him in the Garden of Edan. This relationship between husband and wife was established and sanctified by the Lord. As a sacred vocation, marriage mirrors the union of Christ and the church (Eph. 5:23). Dear Friends, the sanctity of marriage has always been under attack but today it has more challenges than it had ever before. Even Jesus Christ had to face those who twisted the word. They came to test Him and asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?" But He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” Mathew 19:4-6
