The Peace of God sets the peace for answeres to prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 [6]Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7]And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Concerning Hannah as soon as the prophet Eli spoke the peace of God came alive in her she arose and she ate and her countenance was no more sad. 1 Samuel 1:14-19 [14]And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee. [15]And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD. [16]Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto. [17]Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him. [18]And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad. [19]And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her. The Apostle James the brother of Jesus speaking concerning prayer he said. James 1:5-7 [5]If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. [6]But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. [7]For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. Peace is considered as a river while anxiety and worries is considered as the waves of the sea So the Apostle said as long as you are as the waves of the sea don't think you'll receive answers to those prayers
