97 additional cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco until Thursday at 10:00 am, bringing to 5,505 the total number of cases of contamination, announced the ministry of Health. At d-2 of the expiry date of the state of health emergency (fixed at May 20), the Head of Government will present his containment plan firstly before the deputies of the House of Representatives (Monday, May 18) , Then before the elected members of the House of Councilors (Tuesday, May 19). Several members of the government have recently spoken out on the lifting of containment. According to them, the deconfinement will depend on the level of the evolution of the epidemiological situation and on strict compliance with the provisions of the state of health emergency.
