From virus and lockdowns, to racism and riots. So much uncertainty. We may not be in the same boat but we are in the same storm. Feelings are natural and everyone has their own perspective around what is happening in the world around us.In this episode I talk about what I have observed and learned during my own process of trying to understand all that was going on. So many things didn’t add up about what we were being told so I took a deep dive into the rabbit hole and pulled myself back out armed with information. I am adamant more then ever we need to come together and empower each other instead of tearing each other apart. Blaming the past only keeps us stuck and following blindly will lead us into disaster.
