COVID, Costa & Six Fried Eggs

This week on “That’s a Free Bee”, Diggy crawls out of the COVID pit, still slightly croaky, but powered by caffeine, sarcasm, and a deep distrust of eggs.After an unplanned week off thanks to a particularly grim round of COVID, there is a catch up on being completely bedbound, surprise lab swabs at the doctor, and trying to keep the whole “go to the gym and not fall apart” plan vaguely on track. Weight loss is happening, motivation is wobbling, and the scales are apparently doing performance art.
