"COVID is our friend"

Round table discussion with Cherisse Baker, Sean Cummings, Chris Johnston, and Mark Faulk of the People's Council for Justice Reform. We discuss the shocking caught on audio comments of OK County Jail Administrator Greg Williams and Communications Director Mark Opgrande, who spent nearly five minutes joking about COVID being the "best thing that ever happened to us" and how they bilked taxpayers and restricted access to the jail using COVID as an excuse, as well as the structure that facilitates the corruption and exploitation of marginalized communities by the rich and powerful money mongers.
