Harvey Martin is a former professional baseball player, scout for the Milwaukee Brewers, a high-performance coach, and the founder of The MindStrong Project.Putting it simply, Harvey is fascinated by high-level learning and improving the human experience.Diving in a little deeper, Harvey is an extremely high-level thinker and his MindStrong project focuses on breath work, hot and cold tub training, and connecting what it means to be human on a deeper level.We dove deep into his background in baseball and the reason and passions behind starting MindStrong.
