COVID19 Dilemma: Should classes be held in-person or virtually?

The pandemic resulted in schools being shut down, and lessons and instructions being delivered virtually. As we approach fall, school districts are trying to decide whether to have classes in-person, or to continue using a virtual model for the next few months or until COVID19 conditions change or until a vaccine is found.
