Crab in a bucket...

Have you ever had someone tell you, that you are doing too much or as the new saying goes you doing the most! There is an old saying crabs in the bucket or the crab effect that sometime stand true to groups of people we chose to surround ourselves without loneliness or good ole fashion depression. If not careful we soon find ourselves being controlled by them or the stigmatized mindset of others, join me as I give my thoughts and how I gathered up the courage to walk away.
