Darren spent eleven years at the Manchester City Academy starting, as a junior coach and then head coach. He has been directly involved with developing and producing some of the worlds best soccer players. He has studied at numerous elite sporting organisations like FC Barcelona and Real Madrid to name a few and is a UEFA "A" licensed coach. This episode explores what it really takes to make it as a pro footballer or athlete in todays game. What our future stars need to be doing on and off the pitch to flourish in the game they love.
