Craddock Stropes: Senior Management Analyst @ City of Carlsbad, CA

Craddock is the Senior Management Analyst for the City of Carlsbad in California. Growing up as a daughter to Vietnamese refugees, she developed empathy for management and also operators. She is a true Swiss-Army-Knife within her city and is also on the DEI board for APWA. Craddock does all of this while balancing a position with a Professional Modern Dance Company.
