Craig Randall

Craig Randall is a writer of poetry and prose. His writing his centered around his own travails with depression and anxiety and--initially meant as therapy for his own healing, he now writes poetry and novels to bring mental health awareness and healing to others. He joins Vince on the show to discuss the first novel in "The Northwest Trilogy" enttitled "The Doom That Came to Astoria." They discuss the emotional turmoil he was going through during the writing, the rut that some people get stuck in when they're too afraid to leave their roots and strike out on their own, as well as the various guises of anxiety and false belief patterns.
