Cranberry Orange Walnut-holiday quick bread

Mix together in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl combine the following ingredients: 4 Eggs 1 cup and 2 T of buttermilk ¾ cup of canola oil. May substitute vegetable or olive oil. ¼ cup of orange juice 1 Tablespoon of orange extract One cup of fresh cranberries. May substitute dried cranberries that are hydrated well. ½ cup of walnuts.
