J. Jeffers & Co. President/CEO Josh Jeffers talks about how last week, WHEDA announced their annual tax credit awards. This is a super competitive, once per year process. There were 8 projects totaling 709 affordable housing units that were approved to move ahead in Milwaukee. What are the projects and how do they span new construction? Also approved just last week is a major new 200-unit luxury apt building called "The Everett" at 234 S Water St. Milwaukee has some new affordable housing and new luxury housing, but is there anything happening in between?
