Crash Course in Following Jesus (Luke 17:1–10)

After a tense confrontation with the Pharisees, Jesus turns back to His disciples with a crash course on what it actually means to follow Him. In Luke 17:1–10, He covers four things every Christian needs to hear: temptation is coming and you should expect it, don't be the person who lays a trap for someone else, forgive freely when repentance comes, and drop the entitlement — a servant doesn't demand applause for doing what he was already supposed to do. It only takes mustard-seed faith to live this way, because the One who calls us to it is the One who makes it possible.
