A busy weekend of racing saw MotoGP arrive in America for the fourth round of the world championship. A resurfaced COTA after complaints the track was far too bumpy and dangerous after last years race saw a few of those issues ironed out, but not all. However, it was Ducati dominance in qualifying and from Jorge Martin who took pole. But a stunning performance from Enea Bastianini saw the Italian rider showcase his stunning form around the Texan track to take the lead in the closing stages from Jack Miller and become the first double winner in 2022.
