Ryan’s three main objectives for himself and all of Atlanta Personal Fitness clients are: 1) Get Strong, Toned and Tight, 2) Feel Confident, Sexy and Vibrant, and 3) Transform Body For Good. Positive energy and knowledge of the human physiology along with application of individual desired and recommended targets that Ryan knowns how to implement, weather it’s toning up, slimming down, shedding certain number of pounds, gaining energy, regaining confidence, or learning how to work out consistently, regularly, how to correctly perform each set of moves, how to eat properly based on desired goals, or familiarize with various food supplements. The overall health of a human being consists of seven dimensions, including intellectual, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, social, and physical health. Ryan discusses here one of those aspects, the physical health, which is interconnected with the other facets and which has a great contribution on a person’s overall well-being of lawyers and all other professionals nationwide and worldwide.
