A right view of work understands that serving a customer is ultimately at the core of every good business. As I heard someone put it in another interview I did recently, “In business, if you can obsess over your customers’ problems, that’s where you’re going to come up with your best ideas and solutions for those problems.” This week, my dad and I discuss how maintaining a great customer experience can make or break any business.
