Conversations between cultures are necessary. In order for peace to be present there must be understanding. And that can't happen with confronting an issue through the medium of conversation.In addition to a narrative within a culture, there's also a narrative that each individual is governed by. We usually set our personal narrative based on what's observed around us. Then the narrative within the person is transferred to other people. Often times, this is communicated through a business idea or brand. Understand that your business is also communicating a narrative.
