In late 1982, a nurse from Richmond, BC, Canada started receiving calls from a mysterious man who would increasingly terrorize and stalk her over the course of the next 7 years in what amounted to nearly 100 encounters between the two of them.During this time, the police made every attempt possible to apprehend the culprit through extensive surveillance, but were never able to identify the presence of an outside party in these incidents.Accordingly, the situation continued to get worse, and Cindy eventually disappeared, only to be discovered dead two weeks later lying in the grass outside of an abandoned house.
