You've probably heard it countless times before: you need to have a vision for your business. The problem is, some people might get confused as to what this really does mean. Because all too often do I see that when people write out their vision statement or their mission statement, it's all based on where they are now. Their current circumstance. Creating a vision for your business should not be based on your current circumstances, but rather, where you want to be.
