Review your current industry on a global, national and local level for “holes”. What’s missing and how can your knowledge or expertise fill in the gap? Decide your differentiator. What new twist are you going to add to your industry? Ask yourself is there an actual need for what you’re doing or will you create the need people never knew they wanted?
