She has managed creative teams from New York to the middle of the Huron National Forest. In 2017, she founded Belle Detroit Creative Solutions, a creative agency that provides design and marketing work for mission-driven businesses by training and hiring income-limited Detroit moms. An award-winning writer, she regularly contributes to national publications on marketing, career development, employee retention, and parenting.
