EPISODE 161I

Today’s guest is Ellen Martin, founder of CourseLauncherHQ. We’re talking about online classes and all the questions you might have as to whether or not this is something you might want to pursue.

Some of the questions Ellen answers include:

  • How do you know if you’re really a teacher?
  • How do you know if you know enough to teach someone else?
  • How do you know if your class is successful?
  • How much work is it to setup and run an online class?

She also mentioned a couple of books she likes – The Course Design Formula by Rebecca Frost Cuevas, and Teach and Grow Rich by Danny Iny.

If you’re interested in learning whether Ellen and CourseLauncherHQ can help you, go to CourseLauncherHQ.com/go/writenowworkshop to get more information. She’s launching a beta program soon, and it might be just the right time for you to teach a new course! (I use Ellen’s services, and I’ve been really happy with the program for the last few years!)

Also, if you’re interested in the TED talk about Sacred Rest by Saundra Dalton-Smith, here is the link. You can also find her book of the same title on Amazon and other bookstores.

On stage since I was 8 years old with my family, writing songs since I was 13 (We Must Let Go) and continuing to do so today. That's me (second from right) in the cover photo on my profile page. I have a lot of fantastic memories and have made a lot of lifelong friends because of music. I love the fact that I've been blessed with the ability to sing and write and now to be able to record it and showcase it here. I'm in Paso Robles , CA - and I am searching for a band to jam with and do some club dates. If you're interested or know of someone that's looking for a singer, hit me up. Almost all the songs on this site were written by me, me and my brother, or me and whoever is listed. The cover songs are clearly credited accordingly. I hope you enjoy my stuff. Thanks for checking me out!
