Today's episode is a little different than normal, but it was important to me to share. I recorded this in response to the attacks on Israel this past weekend. I don't dwell on the facts of the attacks, but discuss how they are impacting me and many other people, and how to take care of yourself and your nervous system when tragedy strikes.

If you feel drawn to donate to Israelis, please do it ONLY to well-known organizations or someone you trust, since Hamas has published fake news and created fake donation funds.

Below are two options that I know to be legitimate ways to help.
