Schedule dates with friends and family (in-person and online) to stay connected. 2. Join a workout community in-person or online. 3. Participate in online and in-person events that you enjoy and helps meet new people. Spiritual Wellness 1. Have a small positive conversation with nature. 2. Be open to laughter with new people through conversations. 3.
