Creating Connection Part 1

Do you ever wish you could feel more connected to the important people in your life? Would you like to know how to connect with new acquaintances and create more friendships? In this series we talk about four things you can do to create real connection with others. Part One: Self-Disclosure Self-disclosure can be risky. We long for others to know and accept us for who we are, and yet self-disclosure creates the possibility for rejection and judgment.
