As Chief of Staff & EVP | Chief Culture Officer, Julie Peterson Klein leads the mission of Happy Employees! Happy Customers! She inspires passion in Bell team members to live the company’s values of promoting a family atmosphere, providing unequalled personal service, and paying it forward by giving back to the community.  Julie has 30 years of banking and leadership experience, the past 25 with Bell, where she leads the company culture for the company’s 2000 team members.  Julie was instrumental in implementing Bell’s Pay It Forward program, which has given over $28 million to date. Her role includes encouraging employee mentorship, empowering employees to lead in community service, and ensuring team members are recognized for employment anniversaries, personal milestones and outstanding service. Julie created the bank’s How Bell of You program to recognize acts of exceptional kindness; the top nominees each year are honored with Bell Value Awards. Julie’s drive to bring her best every day inspires everyone around her.   Julie is a certified senior professional in human resources. She is Bell’s United Way coordinator and a Key Club member.  Julie currently serves on the boards of TEDxFargo and The Fargo Theatre. Julie is a dedicated career woman, wife and mother of three children, Ava, Lola and Cruz.
