Whether it's "I'm going to workout every day'' or ''I'm going to start my homework by 5pm on week days'', many of us aren't great at actually sticking to doing the things we know would bring us closer to our goals. In fact typically 80% of New Year Resolutions fail - with most of us quitting by mid February.

With 2021 around the corner I wanted to do an episode with the best tips to help you create good habits that STICK for the long term rather than giving up only weeks after starting them.

The advice in this episode is based on an awesome book by James Clear, Atomic Habits, and for more tips from James be sure to check out his website www.jamesclear.com

Derek Hawkins, future king of Wakanda, is coming in with his snuggie and your favorite blanket. John Lovell, tall and awkward as ever, is just now lighting a warm fire. Okay, none of that is really happening. BUT that is what it's going to feel like when you come listen to the PodKat: straight chilling with your homies.
