Are neighborhoods and gathering spots different today than they used to be? Today on No Limits we'll talk about placemaking efforts, specifically a statewide program designed to provide matching grant funds for projects that bring people into connection with one another. From beautification projects to community kitchens and everything in between, ideas are unlimited.
